Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Account Executive to make a positive impact on the business by providing exceptional service to our clients through the administration of their orders and by supporting the wider team. This role requires excellent communication skills alongside strong organisation and prioritisation abilities to help enhance our structured sales process.

Accountability:
- Support: Assist the Client Account Manager with processing orders and managing the progression of larger projects.
- Quote & Order Management: Take full responsibility for generating quotes and processing orders for your own projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Personal Development: Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s services, staying up-to-date with best practices in client management.
Responsibilities:
- Order Management – generate quotes and manage the progression of client orders with precision and timeliness, ensuring your own projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Client Support – assist clients with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
- Client Account Manager Support – assist with the processing and tracking of larger orders, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Team Collaboration – work closely with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Process Improvement – identify ways to streamline processes to better serve clients and enhance efficiency.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Organisation & Time Management – ability to manage multiple small projects and priorities simultaneously, while supporting the Client Account Manager.
- Communication – excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and internal teams.
- CRM & MIS – use the company CRM system to update client information, generate quotes, and track order progression.
- Attention to Detail – a meticulous approach to handling client orders, from quoting to delivery, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Customer Service – a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, providing timely and helpful responses to all client needs.
- Supplier Liaison – when needed, work with suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Positive Outlook – high self-awareness and understanding of how your actions, communication, and mood affect others, ensuring alignment with the company’s purpose of making a positive impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is essential.
- Strong organisational and data inputting skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A proactive focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A background in print/promo/design would be a bonus.
