We Are Fulfilment needed full marketing support, from logo design and brand guidelines, to a full new website design and build. The company needed to showcase how their service offering allows small to medium businesses to focus on scalability and growth through stress-free fulfilment.
We provided four logo concepts to We Are Fulfilment to select from. From this we created a brand guidelines document covering do’s and don’ts of using branding across the business as well as covering the tone of voice for marketing communications.
For the website we focussed on highlighting hard hitting statistics across the website, so that the service benefits would cut through immediately to a website visitor landing on the homepage.
Benefit statements, case studies, price matrixes and a detailed lead capture contact form were all integral to ensuring the first impressions for WAF’s website visitors would be professional and trustworthy, subsequently leading to successful conversions.
Within the first few weeks of launching, We Are Fulfilment received 12 qualified leads which has so far resulted in a conversion rate of 16.6%.
