Brand portal for RVT Group.

RVT Group is a Kent-based business with five branches across the UK, providing specialist health hazard control solutions to the construction and industrial sectors.

Since 2022, we’ve worked closely with the RVT marketing team to help them create, manage and distribute their print and promotional merchandise with ease.

The challenge.

Initially, RVT Group approached us to produce a product brochure. However, their marketing team soon realised the broader potential of our centralised web-to-print brand portals, particularly as a solution for ordering event merchandise quickly, easily and with minimal administrative input.

The solution.

We introduced a tailored web-to-print brand portal, built around the needs of a fast-moving, multi-branch organisation. The first priority was to make promotional merchandise available to print on demand. From branded jelly beans to hand sanitiser, the team at RVT Group could order pre-designed, pre-approved and pre-costed items.

Expanding functionality.

As the portal proved its value, RVT Group expanded its use. The team now uses it to order everything from business stationery to product labels, stickers and plastic business cards, all printed on demand. A standout feature is the range of 12 different brochures, displayed as flipbooks so teams can preview content before ordering. These can be printed in flexible quantities from 100 to 1,000 or, alternatively, downloaded as PDFs for digital use. Pricing for all orders is pre-approved and reviewed every six to twelve months.

Ongoing support and design expertise.

We work in partnership with the marketing team at RVT Group to continually add to the number of items available via the portal. Our design studio supports with artwork, adapting designs as needed and ensuring everything remains up to date and on brand.
