Brand portal for Amari.

Amari Plastics is the UK’s leading supplier of plastics, with over 20 branches nationwide. Part of Vink UK Ltd and headquartered in Birmingham, Amari operates across three divisions under 17 different trading brands.

We’ve worked with the Vink team for more than 20 years, building strong personal relationships and delivering a seamless print and production service across the group.

A centralised portal.

Amari needed a solution that balanced local autonomy with central control, so we developed a web-to-print brand portal to streamline the ordering of printed materials, promotional merchandise and workwear. With each Amari branch operating as its own profit centre, the portal was designed to give branches easy access to the materials they need, while enabling consistent designs,
specifications and brand use.

We keep a small number of stock items ready for fast fulfilment from our Derbyshire hub, while most items are produced on demand to maximise flexibility, reduce waste and control costs.

Operational print.

Our operational print service for Amari makes a wide range of essential materials easily available to order through the portal. This includes business cards in a variety of finishes, including soft touch and plastic, which helps showcase Amari’s own products, along with branded stationery and operational items like pads, envelopes, various NCR forms and hi-vis jackets.

Branded merchandise.
Items such as branded notebooks and multifunction pens, bottle openers, playing cards and torch keyrings are available either from stock or made to order. Branches can choose to place individual orders or collaborate to benefit from volume discounts, offering flexibility without compromising cost-efficiency.

For more tailored needs, we also work directly with branches to supply custom items, for example beanbags, phone holders, diaries and gift sets, which fall outside the portal’s standard offering.

Anniversary editions.
In 2025, we partnered with Amari’s head office to celebrate Vink’s 50th anniversary by curating a special range of commemorative merchandise. Branch managers were able to order exclusive  items through the portal, including insulated water bottles, travel mugs, anniversary edition pens, hardcover notebooks, notepads, keyrings and mugs.
