Bauce Brothers is a UK-based hot sauce subscription box designed for health-conscious home cooks eager to enhance their meals with flavour and for small-batch hot sauce makers seeking a distribution platform for their products.

Practical packaging.

Ensuring the products in each subscription box arrive intact is crucial. Our Account Management Team was tasked with finding robust packaging that could adapt to varying product sizes and prevent movement during transit.

The packaging needed to reflect the company’s bold and reliable brand identity, featuring sharp printing of graphics and the Bauce Brothers logo. This meant accurately matching the Bauce Brothers’ signature orange and maintaining colour consistency across future print runs.

We experimented with different cardboard types and box styles, and opted for cardboard dividers which could accommodate various sizes of sauce jars.
