We provided Buildbase with a creative approach to sales pitch presentation.
Buildbase were looking for a way to present themselves to potential clients. The solution needed to be easily shareable with the whole UK sales team and flexible enough to be used in-person or virtually.
We presented a solution that would wow potential clients…the animated interactive PDF. After considering the challenges faced by the Buildbase sales team, we came to the conclusion that the solution needed to be innovative as well as practical. We treated the interactive sales deck with the same UX we would use for a web project. By ensuring the UX was up to scratch, the sales team can use the sales deck with ease whilst talking to a client. We chose to add animated features to the presentation to inject a little creativity whilst still remaining on-brand.
Sales teams throughout the UK were able to present the on-brand Buildbase offering no matter the situation. Whether virtually or in-person the team were able to present and pitch with ease. The clickable areas of the PDF meant no flicking through slides or changing the sales deck for every client, the sales team could just present what was relevant. With one central sales deck, the Buildbase brand and sub-brands were consistently presented, with brand consistency across the board.
