We’ve worked closely with their Health & Wellbeing Consultants, marketing and events teams for many years, helping simplify processes, reduce waste and increase efficiency through a bespoke web-to-print brand portal.
From print supplier to strategic partner.
Our relationship with Westfield Health began with the supply of posters, printed brochures and plan guides. Over time, it became clear the team at Westfield Health needed a more efficient, streamlined way to manage their materials, prompting the development of a custom web-to-print brand portal.
Cutting waste with on-demand printing.
Originally, marketing and policy materials for Westfield Health were printed in large quantities. However, because the health and wellbeing sector is heavily regulated, updates to terms and conditions were frequent. Every legislative or product change meant printed materials quickly became obsolete; the result was a recurring cycle of overproduction and waste. It was costly, inefficient and environmentally unsustainable. As a result, the portal was used to support the introduction of a print-on-demand model for Westfield Health. Instead of holding materials in stock, the portal enabled the team to produce items only when needed.
A digital-first approach.
The portal evolved again as customer expectations around email versus printed copies shifted. Today, the portal is used more for digital downloads than print. Teams can access up-to-date documents, make amendments quickly and easily, and download files either for digital use or to be printed locally in small quantities.
