When the team at Ride REEL were preparing to launch a new electric scooter product, they came to us to create an impactful brand and an ecommerce website. From their base in Nottinghamshire, the team was passionate about creating a new product range which would stand out from the crowd.
Branding.
Our Design Team was tasked with crafting a striking brand identity. Step one was formulating a comprehensive brand strategy encompassing target demographics, audience personas, visual elements and a clearly defined tone of voice.
We designed a distinctive logo and produced a detailed brand guidelines document to lay a strong foundation for establishing Ride REEL as a fun and recognisable brand with the ability to make a significant impact among Ride REEL’s target audience.
Website.
With the brand identity established, the next step was to design and build a Shopify website that effectively represented Ride REEL’s new brand and provided an exceptional user experience. The website needed to highlight the brand’s core principles – Ride Green, Ride Far, Ride Different – and cater to various audience segments.
Our Digital Team took the lead, focusing on the entire customer journey. The user experience was tailored to address specific audience segments, streamlining the purchasing process for ease of use. We also incorporated accessible points of contact to enhance customer support and facilitate smooth interactions.

Compared to other Shopify stores that launched in the same week, REEL was in the top 7% of website traffic. The launch was supported with social media advertising and, within a short period of time, Ride REEL scooters were selling directly from the website as well as via third party retailers across the UK.
