Brand for Trusted PPE.

Based in Nottinghamshire, Trusted PPE was founded at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the goal of providing families and businesses access to high-quality and fairly priced personal protective equipment (PPE).

Branding

The brief to our Design Team was to create a strong and distinctive brand for Trusted PPE. Alongside offering top-quality, reliable products, Trusted PPE also provided expert advice and needed to differentiate itself from the numerous PPE suppliers offering lower-grade products.

We developed a logo that encapsulated the brand’s commitment to quality and reliability. To instil a sense of trust, we used a warm and inviting colour palette, which humanised the brand and helped it to stand out, particularly in large out-of-home and above-the-line marketing campaigns.

In addition, we created a detailed brand guidelines document covering every touchpoint, from web content and web chat, to newsletters and social media. This ensured consistency and coherence across Trusted PPE’s communications and marketing efforts.

The Happy Client

As the pandemic progressed, Trusted PPE served over 60,000 customers and shipped over 29 million items. The company expanded its product range and customer base significantly, quickly becoming a household name for families and businesses. Trusted PPE received a rating of ‘Excellent’ by over 2,000 customers on Trustpilot, reflecting the trust the brand had successfully built with its audience.
